Cancellation Policy
Our webinars can be cancelled and refunded up to 24 hours prior to the start time of the webinar.
To cancel and claim a refund, please send an email to info.englishtuitiononline@gmail.com with the subject line "Webinar Cancellation." In the body of the email, please include your name, the name of the webinar, and the date and time of the webinar you wish to cancel.

If you cancel your registration within the allowed timeframe, we will refund the full amount paid to attend the webinar. Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after receipt of the cancellation request.

If you cancel your registration less than 24 hours before the start time of the webinar, you will not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a webinar at any time for any reason. If we cancel a webinar, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund the full amount paid to attend the webinar.
